How secure is your data centre in Finland?

Our data centre is located in a secure area, where people are checked at the entrance gate. Unauthorised persons are not allowed to enter the premises. The whole area is monitored by security cameras. During the day and during off-hours, a physical walk-through of the premises takes place at regular intervals and is carried out by authorised security personnel. The hall itself, in which we operate the data centre, is also separately monitored by security cameras. A physical check of the condition of the miner and the area is carried out regularly by our employee. The data centre hall is secured with fire sensors and powder extinguishers with regular operational checks.

How long does it take to transport a miner to your data centre in Finland?

After taking delivery of the miner at our headquarters in Brno - Czechia, we will transport your machine to our data centre in Finland within 5 days. Alternatively, you can send your miner directly to the data centre via your chosen freight forwarder.

How long does it take to connect the miner to the mining network?

We will connect your miner to the mining network within 3 days.

What happens after my miner is connected to the mining network?

Once your miner is connected to the network, we will send you a link to an application where you can monitor the progress of mining and the UP TIME of your miner in real time. We will then connect the miner to your crypto wallet according to your instructions.

Do you charge for connecting the miner to the mining network?

Connecting your miner to the mining network, linking it to the monitoring application and the crypto wallet is free of charge.

How do you handle the situation when my miner needs to be serviced?

We can arrange the necessary warranty and after-sales service for your miner at our partner RIPER centre in Finland. Service intervention and fault rectification within the warranty period is free of charge. The intervention and repair of the machine after the warranty period is charged. By being able to service your machine directly in Finland, the long downtime in mining caused by the need to send machines to the manufacturer and back is eliminated.

How long does it take to service a miner in the event of a breakdown?

What is the average lifetime of my miner?

The quality of the miner varies by manufacturer. When you purchase a branded machine, the life expectancy is approximately 5 years. For water cooled miners, the life expectancy is almost double.

What is the notice and termination period of my miner?

You may terminate your contract for the operation of your miner immediately without giving any reason. We do not refund or pro-rate the payment for the operation of your miner for that month, so we recommend that you schedule the termination for the end of the month.
